At BOON Sport, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have the perfect equipment for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange and refund process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
